It keeps us stuck in a cycle of "not enough," perpetually chasing a finish line that seems to move further away the harder we run.

True transformation begins not with a frantic search for more, but with a deep appreciation for what already is. Start your day with gratitude. Not as a hollow ritual, but as a deliberate practice. Take a moment to genuinely appreciate the simple things: the warmth of the sun, the roof over your head, the strength in your body, the lessons learned from yesterday's stumbles.
