Bill Chen is a photographer based in Sydney, Australia. He started taking pictures in 1996 using film SLR, then transitioned to modern DSLR cameras in 2002. Bill has professional training in studio photography and fashion design background. His latest projects include designing a range of cycling tops for a sports label and photographing their campaign.
