"A/W 13-14 pioneers the first ever iNDiViDUALS opening of Amsterdam Fashion Week. This collection boldly draws the line by settling within the unsettled. An action towards survival defined by a magnetic attraction of angular and curved shapes. A mix of unconventional fabrics sculpts this modern day armor. Each piece makes its own statement, building a positive tension thus, empowering the wearer. An air of artificiality emphasizes the evolution of crucial details in design." - AFW

"The collection is inspired by Laura’s time spent in California, a mix of park ranger uniforms and hippy coastal styles seen at Huntington Beach. Shirts, patch pockets and flowing skirts are the main focus, giving utility wear a laid back edge. Colours are paired down and subtle, choosing to use textures rather than lots of bright colour.

Fabrics used are sandwashed luxury silks and Nottingham lace contrasted with utility fabrics such as drill and chambray. Toned down tie dye is also used and park ranger badges are used for graphic prints. It’s a wearable, clean collection with beautiful detailing and an underlying femininity." - AFW

"The starting point of Wagenvoorts latest collection are pictures she made during travelling. Her ideas arise by capturing things she sees around her. Images of different worlds merge and take you into Wagenvoorts own perception where freedom and seclusion, discovering, wonderment and enrichment play an important role." - AFW

"The label the People of the Labyrinths reaches a small, but loyal public. The exclusiveness is guaranteed by a complicated, laborious production process, which includes hand-printed and hand-dyed fabrics and garments. The design, prints and colours have their own individual handwriting which gives that special People-DNA through the collections.

Interior design, furniture, perfume, art & photography, are the other fields in which the People of the labyrinths has established a name." - AFW
