Located in one of our favourite districts in Paris, MontparnasseHôtel Le M is probably one of the most fashionable hotels we have stayed so far. Animal print carpets, pictures of stilettos, fashion magazines in the hotel's library, trendy colours and contemporary art in the lobby - all those elements create a hip ambience and are a constant reminder that you are in one of the world's most important fashion capitals - Paris.

Fashion Studio Magazine had a pleasure to visit Hôtel Le M in the end of August 2013. We stayed in the beautiful room 112 which features its own private terrace, spacious bathroom with a movable makeup mirror, heated towel rack, comfortable bath, and Charles Aurel toiletries.

The hotel offers four different room categories: Classic, Comfort, Cosy, and Family. For more information about available room types, please click here.

FASHION STUDIO: How would you describe the style and atmosphere of Hôtel Le M?

SANDRINE: Hotel Le M is elegant and contemporary. The hotel offers 59 fully renovated, comfortable and soundproofed rooms, in an elegant and designer setting. The Le M Hotel is perfect for a business trip, a romantic getaway, or a family weekend.

FASHION STUDIO:  What advantages has this hotel over other four-star hotels in Paris?

SANDRINE: Hotel Le M is very well located in the heart of rue de la Gaité, on the left bank, in the 14th quarter of Paris. The rue de la Gaité is also called “the street with seven theaters” and is famous for centuries for its charming atmosphere and its wide variety of theaters and restaurants. The hotel is alos very close to Saint-Germain-des-Pres and and the Luxembourg Garden.

In this area, Hotel Le M, is a unique design hotel with a very beautiful building and rooms renovated in May 2013.

FASHION STUDIO:  Could you tell us more about the interior design of this hotel?

SANDRINE: Completely decorated in a modern and elegant style by architect Anton Yeregui, you will be charmed by the warm ambiance of this boutique hotel and pleasantly surprised by its splendid staircase at the heart of a rotunda bathed in natural light.

Most of rooms are equipped with a glass panel with adjustable visibility which separates the bedroom from the bathroom and lets natural daylight into the later.

FASHION STUDIO: What is the most fashionable suite in the hotel and why?

SANDRINE: Cosy rooms are our most fashionable rooms with pictures of stilettos and leopard carpet. Four attic and very charming rooms are situated on the top floor, and four bedrooms on the first floor with very large private terrace. Bathrobes, slippers, Ihome station and courtesy tray are available in these rooms.
