Most of us spend a lot of time beautifying our bodies. We put on face masks to keep our skin wrinkle-free, and we spend hours washing our hair so it is shiny and bouncy… but what about our feet?
For many of us the feet are a much-neglected part of our bodies, especially when you consider just how much they do for us- I mean they literally support us! So, it goes without saying our feet not only need, but deserves some love!
That being the case, let’s take a look at some of the best beauty tips for your tootsies.
1. Soak, Soak, Soak Away
Start with a good old foot soak, and you’ll soon be looking amazing in those sandals you’ve been coveting. Warm water, a bit of your favourite bath salts or essential oils, and voilĂ – instant relaxation. Bonus points if you pretend you're in a fancy spa and not just your bathroom.

2. Exfoliation Nation
Once they're all nice and soaked, give your feet a good scrub. Get rid of dead skin with a pumice stone, foot scrub, or if you're feeling fancy, an exfoliating foot mask. It's like taking your feet back in time to their baby-soft days.
3. Moisturise Like There’s No Tomorrow
Lather your feet in a rich, nourishing cream. Heck, use that expensive one you save for special occasions – your feet are special every day! For extra pampering, put on some cotton socks afterwards; it’s like a hydrating hug for your heels.
4. Nails Need Love Too
Trim and file your toenails, and show them some love with a nice polish. Go bold, go subtle, or go sparkly – this is your chance to express yourself via your toenails, which is an oddly satisfying thing to do.
