Through over a hundred photographs, and the help of celebrities like Alice Dellal, Sarah Jessica Parker and Vanessa Paradis, Karl Lagerfeld pays tribute to Chanel‘s little black jacket in this amazing exhibition that opened on Wednesday 21 March in Tokyo. The images for this project were shot in Cannes, New York, and in Mr. Lagerfeld’s studio in Paris.
The exhibition is available for public viewing at the G-building Minami Aoyama in Minato-Ku, Tokyo until April 15. Official website: http://thelittleblackjacket.chanel.com
The campaign is leading up to the release of the book ”The Little Black Jacket: Chanels classic revisited by Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld.” in autumn 2012.
