Separate bedroom is very quiet at night (which is not always the case in Casco Viejo!) and allows you to rest during the day and get comfortable sleep at night.

Casco Viejo, also known as Casco Antiguo or San Felipe, is the historic district of Panama City and an up-and-coming neighbourhood that should be on every traveller's list. Founded in 1673, it was built following the destruction of the original city, Panamá Viejo in 1671, when the latter was attacked by pirates. It was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997.
Today, Casco Viejo is one of the most visited areas in Panama City by both tourists and Panamanians seeking an authentic atmosphere, unforgettable dining experiences, and historic buildings boasting a variety of architectural styles.

Some of the nearby attractions include: Plaza Bolivar, Plaza de Francia, La Iglesia de San José, La Iglesia de Santo Domingo, El Teatro Nacional, The Panama Canal Museum, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Presidential Palace, Club de Clases y Tropas, and El Mercado del Marisco.
Casco Viejo is home to a growing number of quality restaurants, casual eateries, rooftop bars, and coffee shops. You will be spoiled for choice!
"Panama City’s hippest neighborhood is also its smallest. Just four avenues wide, Casco Viejo (literally meaning 'old quarter') is a UNESCO protected district and a barrio on the up. It wasn’t long ago that gangs patrolled these narrow brick streets and visitors kept far away, but these days the grand old colonial houses and crumbling pastel facades have become some of the capital’s most stylish addresses." - says Lonely Planet
