TORONTO, ON – Mercedes-Benz Start Up (MBSU) Awarded Designer UNTTLD will show their Fall/Winter 2016 collection during Toronto Fashion Week on Tuesday, March 15 at 9 p.m.

Montreal-based  UNTTLD was named the Awarded Designer, following a semi-final group runway show that featured six Canadian designers during Fashion Week in Toronto last October. This coveted title comes with year-round mentoring from a panel of fashion and industry experts, editorial coverage in FASHION Magazine, the aforementioned upcoming solo runway show fully produced by IMG as well as a $30,000 bursary.

For their FW16 collection, UNTTLD designers José Manuel St-Jacques and Simon Bélanger were inspired by the numerous and eclectic “personages” found in a royal court during the Renaissance era.

“Since our first entry in the Mercedes-Benz Start Up program in 2011, we’ve been working to mature and evolve the UNTTLD brand and we look forward to showing the industry and our followers our new vision. It’s an honour to return to the Toronto Fashion Week runway and present our Fall/Winter 2106 collection in our solo show as this year’s MBSU Awarded Designer,” said St-Jacques and Bélanger
