House shows on day two will feature collections by international fashion designers from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as from the Hong Kong Apparel Society and The School of Continuing Professional Studies of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

A fashion show featuring winners of the EcoChic Design Award Hong Kong 2012 Grand Final, organised by Hong Kong-based Redress, will take place 5 July. That same day, A Brand Collections’ Show will feature AFRIQUE, by Ika Butoni, and MaConsef S/S Collection 2013, by the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Centre.

International fashion parades will be held each day, and make-up and hairstyle demonstrations by MAC Cosmetics and Tigi, respectively, will also take place. On day two, both the Hong Kong Apparel Society and the Foshan CCPIT Pavilion will host after-show cocktail receptions.

Market Trends
Daily seminars will spotlight the latest market developments. Today, WGSN and Peclers Paris will focus on fashion trends for spring/summer 2013 and beyond in two seminars. Tomorrow’s seminars will look at global trends by Stylesight, the Taiwan garment industry and sustainable design, organised by Redress.

On the show’s third day, seminars will be organised by the Hong Kong Accreditation Service (testing and certification), The Woolmark Company (merino trends for fall/winter 2013) and Fashion Snoops (fashion trends).
