MEN'S FASHION

Waiting for us, just around that December corner, is that time of year where parties, functions, soirees and gatherings fill your schedule tight. It’s that tricky time when day-to-night clothing is ideal. But if your party is more than sipping spiked hot cocoa by the fire and requires more than an apres-ski look, then SuitSupply has you covered.

For their fall winter evening wear collection, SuitSupply wrote up new rules for our black tied men. They made minor adjustments to the classic tuxedo but never so much to bring it out of classic and into eccentric. They urge men to have fun with formal and mix up their usual.

Keep the black tie and bow tie, they said. Infuse it with a pattern or a new textile, they said. Everything else is negotiable, they said.

This attitude of pushing the boundaries of men’s classic suiting to a new and modern place while still respecting the traditional suit lead to a sultry and mysterious collection of black tie appropriate suits. Cotton velvet tuxedos in midnight blue and chocolate brown are a way to explore new texture. Silk detailing on lapels, buttons, jet pockets and outseams are a minor modern detail that will give you some edge. For the bolder man who dares to go rogue, they have a black watch patterned suit that will surely grant you some double takes. And remember: do not forget the pocket square. This separates the men from the boys.

SuitSupply’s suits aren’t just suits - they’re statements. And that’s because they are made of quality fabrics from quality fabric mills, they boast traditional craftsmanship and their cuts are tailored with smooth lines.

You want demure, they got it. You want classic, they have that also. You want to explore some colour, patterns or new textures, they most definitely can assist. SuitSupply isn’t for the tame but it isn’t just for the ridiculously wild either. It teeters between the two, offering styles for either man but always with their midas touch.

  1. It’s appropriate time to make some plans for the future and it is time to be happy. I have read this post and if I could I wish to suggest you few interesting things or advice. Perhaps you could write next articles referring to this article. I desire to read even more things about it!
