That Will Blow You Away

There is no denying the fact that your Air Fryer makes delicious foods like French fries or chicken wings quickly and easily, using little oil. However, you are missing some incredible dishes if you use the fryer exclusively to create healthy versions of snack foods.

Here are five Air Fryer recipes that will make your next meal mouthwatering and memorable.


An Air Fryer version of a classic dish, the chicken is moist and bursting with flavor. Serve this dish with your favorite cooked pasta, garlic rolls, and a tossed salad for a complete meal. 


1 Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast (8 oz. slice to make two thinner cutlets) 
4 Tbsp. Breadcrumbs (seasoned) 
2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese 
1 Tbsp. Olive oil 
¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese 
1 Cup Your Favorite Marina Sauce 
Cooking Spray 


• Spray the cooking basket 
• Preheat the Air Fryer to 360° F. 
• Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan in a separate bowl 
• Dip the chicken in olive oil and then in breadcrumb mixture 
• Place chicken in a basket and spray the top with cooking spray 
• Cook 6-7 minutes then flip and cover seared side with two Tablespoons of marinara sauce, then top each piece with half of the mozzarella cheese 
• Cook the chicken 3-4 more minutes 
• Remove to a serving plate

Tender shrimp infused with coconut gain traditional crispiness without added fat thanks to the Air Fryer. 


1 Lb. Large Raw Shrimp Peeled and Deveined 
½ C. Shredded Coconut (Sweetened) 
½ C. Panko Bread Crumbs 
2 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour 
1 Egg 
¼ Tsp. Salt 
Non-Stick Cooking Spray 


• Preheat Air Fryer to 375° 
• Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray 
• Mix coconut and Panko in a shallow dish 
• In a separate dish add flour 
• Whisk egg in a small bowl 
• Sprinkle shrimp with salt 
• Dip individual shrimp in flour, egg, and breadcrumb/coconut mixture then place on the baking sheet 
• Spray both sides of breaded shrimp with cooking spray 
• Spray Air Fryer basket with cooking spray 
• Cook shrimp in Air Fryer for 4 minutes, turn shrimp and cook for 3 minutes 
• Remove shrimp to a serving platter

Succulent boneless pork chops wrapped in a crunchy coating, are a dinner delight serve with mashed potatoes and a fresh salad. 


6 Boneless Pork Chops ¾ inch Thick 
1 Large Egg 
½ C. Panko Breadcrumbs 
½ C. Crushed Corn Flakes 
2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese 
1 ¼ Tsp. Paprika 
½ Tsp. Garlic Powder 
½ Tsp. Onion Powder 
¼ Tsp. Chili Powder 
Salt and Pepper 
Cooking Spray 


• Preheat Air Fryer to 400° and spray basket with cooking spray 
• Lightly sprinkle the chops with pepper and salt 
• Mix Panko, corn flakes, cheese, and remaining spices in a shallow dish 
• Beat egg in a separate bowl 
• Dip chops in egg and then in breadcrumb mixture 
• Place chops in the basket and spray with cooking spray 
• Cook 6 minutes turn over and cook 6 minutes 
• Remove to a serving dish.

A crunchy and cheesy hand-held delight perfect for snacking. 


½ C. Shredded Cooked Chicken 
6 Ounces Pizza or Bread Dough (Thawed Frozen Dough Works Well) 
¼ C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 
½ C. Marinara Sauce 
Cooking Spray 


• Preheat Air Fryer to 325° 
• Divide dough into fourths then roll each piece into a 6- inch circle on a floured board 
• Combine chicken, cheese, and sauce 
• Spoon ¼ of the chicken mixture on one side of each dough circle 
• Fold dough over filling and crimp edges with a fork 
• Coat with cooking spray and place in sprayed Air Fryer basket 
• Cook for 8 minutes and turn then cook 4 minutes longer 
• Serve warm with additional sauce for dipping

The Air Fryer cooks salmon filets to perfection. Serve the tasty fish atop of a quick and easy slaw. 


4 Center Cut Skinless Salmon Filets (6 Ounces Each) 
2 Teaspoons Chopped Fresh Parsley 
1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme 
1 Teaspoon Dill 
Salt and Pepper 
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 
Cooking Spray 

For Fennel Slaw

4 Cups Shredded Fennel 
1 Garlic Clove Mashed or Grated 
½ Cup Greek Yogurt 
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice 
2 Tablespoons Orange Juice 
Salt and Pepper 


• Preheat Air Fryer to 350° and spray basket 
• Brush salmon with olive oil 
• Mix herbs, salt, and pepper then sprinkle on salmon 
• Place salmon in the basket and cook for 10 minutes 

While salmon cooks: 

• Mix yogurt, juices, garlic, salt, and pepper 
• Toss dressing with fennel and plate 
• Serve with salmon
