Beauty Tips and Tricks

Our skin loses some of its elasticity over time. Even though it is a natural process, there are also factors that speed the process up. That is why it is necessary to protect our skin from the sun, smog and other outer influences. However, sometimes this process can be significantly slowed down. Most women thrive to achieve ageless beauty, whether through makeup, beauty products or procedures. Luckily, there are tricks that can help us rejuvenate our skin again.

1. Home remedies

- Avocado-Honey moisturizer

A moisturizer is a must on your shelf if you want a good anti-aging cosmetic product. But you don't have to buy a good moisturizer, you can make it in your own kitchen. The avocado-honey moisturizer helps your skin hold moisture, temporary filling the wrinkles.

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh cream
  • 1/4 of avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Instructions: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend it into a cream. Apply the cream to your skin and leave it for an hour or more. Rinse it off gently with warm water.

- Papaya blend

Vitamins A, C and E in papaya make your skin tight and bright. It works as a gentle exfoliator by removing dark, dead skin cells.

Ingredients:
  • 1 papaya pulp
  • 1-2 teaspoons of milk or cream

Instructions: Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth paste. Apply the cream to your face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it off gently and pat dry. Warning: if you have oily skin, don't use milk or cream; just apply the papaya mashed pulp.

2. Food and drinks that help

Of course, it goes without saying, but still - you need to drink plenty of water a day to help your skin stay hydrated and smooth. The better it's hydrated, the younger you will look.

Green tea also helps, by eliminating free radicals responsible for a dull and aging skin. It's even capable of reactivating dying cells, so drink 3-4 cups of green tea every day, no sugar added.

Lots of fruits and vegetables should be on your plate every day. Antioxidants in them are what will keep your skin young - they destroy free radicals that damage your skin. Here's also a recipe for an excellent wrinkle-fighting salad that you can enjoy:

Ingredients
  • 1/2 of a cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 of a cup of strawberries
  • 1 peeled and chopped kiwi
  • 1/2 of a cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 of a cup of orange juice
  • 1 handful of chopped walnuts

Instructions: Mix first four ingredients in a bowl then pour the orange juice over it and sprinkle it all with walnuts. To start day energized, with a protected skin, eat this salad for breakfast.

3. Physical activity

An active social life is what will keep your blood flowing, and circulation is important for a healthy, firm skin. Also, the more active your social life is, the happier you will be, and happy people enjoy healthy body and skin. Be careful - it's not a real interaction if you communicate with others via your smartphone - get outside and spend time with your friends and family.

Of course, exercising regularly goes without a question. Exercising at least three times a week helps your body get rid of the toxins and keeps your cells younger for much longer - which reflects on the skin, too. So, find a physical activity that suits you and be disciplined and persistent.

4. BBL and other procedures

There are also simple and non-invasive procedures that will have a faster and sometimes long-lasting effect, but it is important to consult the best surgeon in cosmetic procedures before you make up your mind a choose one.

BBL (broadband light), among other things, is used for skin rejuvenation. The light penetrates the dermis and causes a heating effect, which is kind of a kick start for components of the skin like collagen and hyaluronic acid that tend to decrease over time. The heat actually "damages" the old collaged, which sends a signal to the body that it needs to clear it away and produce new collagen. It takes about 3 months to fully remodel collagen. There is also the option of having a facelift or neck lift if you feel it will give you better results.

Laser skin resurfacing, on the other hand, removes skin layer by layer. The body then forms new skin cells that make your skin tighter and younger. Treating the whole face lasts only about 30-45 minutes and you get to go home the same day.

Our skin is constantly exposed to the outside factors, so it is important to take care of her on daily basis. The more you pay attention to it, the better and younger it will look.
